摘要:

为研究固体推进剂捏合工序燃爆事故的成因,综合运用危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析法及作业条件危险性(LEC)分析法,在分析捏合工艺流程的基础上,通过HAZOP分析法辨识出影响安全生产的工艺偏差共6项,根据偏差辨识结果,采用LEC分析法确定各个偏差的风险值。结果表明,转速偏高的危险性分值为45,对捏合工序的安全影响最大,应重点防控。

Abstract:

To investigate the causes of combustion and explosion accidents in the solid propellant kneading process, the hazard and operability(HAZOP) analysis method and the operating condition hazard(LEC) analysis method were comprehensively applied. On the basis of analyzing the kneading process flow, a total of 6 process deviations affecting safety production were identified using HAZOP analysis method. According to the deviation identification results, the risk value of each deviation was confirmed by LEC analysis method. The results showed that the hazard score for overhigh rotational speed was 45, which had the greatest impact on safety of the kneading process. Therefore, it should be prioritized for prevention and controlling.
